Good food, reasonable prices but you have to check to make sure your order is right before you pull out of the drive-thru.
Make sure to check your order before you pull off if you do the drive thru. Past 2 times food left off or order made totally wrong. I'll give them another try because they are nice and the food hits the spot.
I've always had good service here. Drive thru is pretty quick as well as the inside service. Food is always hot and fresh, I've not ever gotten any cold or dried out chicken or sides, and the sweet tea is exactly that, Sweet and Delicious!!
Service was extremely slow! The dirty rice is always overcooked. I love my Bo' , but this one needs someone to teach them how to cook.
Worst ever!!! Had 2 coupons for Bojangles Sweet Biscuits for free which I received for volunteering at Fall Festival at Pleasant Ridge Elementary School on Octonber 20, 2017. Also bought 2 country ham biscuits at same time. Ordered 2 blueberry biscuits but got home and had 1 apple biscuit so I will not visit again.
