Wonderful place, full of genuine people. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. Our bearded dragon was sick, and thankfully they'll see exotic reptiles there. We didn't know what to expect at first, since this isn't our faimly vet. Due to our regular vet, not being able to care for exotic animals Emory Animal Hospital gladly took us in - on the same day! They understood our pets critical care, and the Dr was incredibly considerate to our pets needs. The medicine that was required was available on hand, and they even let us take home an extra immune treatment to help the medicine works faster. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because their office is small and there isn't much seating. Which is understandable, for it's location. Maybe they'll be able to upgrade to a bigger location, because they definitely deserve their own building outside of a small shopping center. We will be going back for regular visits now. They're a great place. Let me add, the price is very reasonable - especially for the type of treatment!
I'm lucky to have found Dr. Skelley and his wonderful staff to care not only my dog, but also my 4 rabbits. Even when they are really busy, Dr. Skelley makes it a point to go over the important details regarding my pets' health, in a thorough and unrushed manner. He is never too busy to answer my questions and concerns. The staff are also so compassionate and dedicated in caring for my pets and have given the emotional support when I have needed it (in the struggles of having an ailing pet). I feel comforted knowing my furbabies are under the best and loving care around. And even though I have found closer clinics that can treat rabbits as well as dogs, I won't take them anywhere else! Thanks, Dr. Skelley, Emily, Kim, Pam, Alicia and crew for all that you have done for my furry family in the past and will continue to do in the future!
The vet is FANTASTIC. I wont take my animals anywhere else. The vet is so attentive and really cares about your animals. I take both of my dogs here and I wouldn't trust them with anyone else. Although it is pretty expensive, you get what you pay for. I have never had a bad experience. I accidentally made an appointment at Powell Animal Hospital and showed up here and they squeezed me in even though it was my mistake and the vet had two other appointments that day, he just went ahead and helped my dog and me. I can't say enough good things about the vet, he is truly great. The staff is good, could be more friendly but overall, I only go there to see the vet and help my animals, not for the staff.
It wasn't my dogs first time but it was mine being here today. I thought the staff was really friendly to me and understanding/ gentle with my dog. I'm extremely happy with the results of his grooming and he smells better than my laundry.
Best vet in Tennessee. Treated our furbabies with love and compassion. Would recommend this vet for any animal for any reason from nail clipping to saving lifes.
