It is a good MHP. Some rain water issues along the edge of the road. It has a small community feel.
Office is very nosey. They don't make all people follow the same rules. They constantly close the pool due to people disobeying the rules when they have a camera and maintenance man that is suppose to be watching the pool area 24/7, they could just band the people that break the rules but instead punish everyone. They over charge for their crappy trailers and they come in once a month to do "vent changes" but reallly it's to just b nosey. I would never recommend anyone to live here.
This is a very nice mobile home subdivision. It is well kept and clean at all times. Very nice place for children.
