I have never felt more comfy in a home! Definitely give this place a shot!
We've lived here for over 2 and a 1/2 years the manager Jerry's really good hes been very fair I believe its the best park in Knoxville
My fiance and I have lived here for about a year now and love it. Clean grounds,respectful people and great management. I am proud to live here and call it my home. The manager (Jerry) and the maintenance crew are better than any complex I have ever lived in. I have recommended this community to several people I am close to. Any issue we have ever had has always been resolved fast. It is also the safest place we have ever lived.
Better than most but too many cars parked on the street and way too much police traffic.
